Prior to his current role, Mark was Head of FICC Structuring at the National Australia Bank from 2010 to 2017, where he built a leading securitisation swap business in both Australia and the UK. From 2004 to 2010 Mark held various roles at NAB in both Front Office and Market Risk.
Mark holds Bachelor degrees in Law and Science (both with Honours) from Monash University and a PhD in Mathematics jointly from the Max Planck Institute for Gravitational Physics and the Free University of Berlin, Germany. Mark is also the co-author of a recent book on securitisation swaps which was published by Wiley Finance in March 2019.

Daniel is the Head of FX and G3 Research for the ANZ Bank. His team is responsible for forecasting the outlook for the major global economies and FX markets. In particular they focus on what the major macro trends evolving offshore mean for ANZ’s core markets in Australasia. More particularly, Daniel’s research focuses on exploring the impact of the global cycle on broad market trends, with a specific focus on the USD and AUD.

Bill Goodbody, Jr. is the Chief Operating Officer and advisor to the Board of AE Capital. Bill is responsible for Risk & Compliance, Investor Relations and all day-to-day operations of the business.
Bill has 25 years of experience in the financial services industry and joined AE Capital in November 2017.
Prior to joining AE Capital, Bill was Senior Vice President & Head of Foreign Exchange at Bats Global Markets, Inc. in New York. Bill joined Bats in March 2015 as part of its acquisition of the Hotspot FX business from KCG Holdings, a business that Bill led since 2008. Before Hotspot, Bill spent more than 15 years in senior leadership roles within the Equities businesses of KCG Holdings, Knight Capital Group and Jefferies & Company.
Bill was a founding member and Secretary of the Foreign Exchange Professionals Association (FXPA), an organisation which represents the interests of FX industry participants. Bill has also previously served as a director on the boards of NSX Holdings, Inc., and the National Stock Exchange, Inc., an electronic stock exchange in the United States.

Iris Pang joined ING in June 2017 as economist for Greater China. She is responsible for research on the macro-economic and industry trends in the Mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. Before joining ING, Iris held a similar position at Natixis between January 2016 and June 2017. Prior to that, she was with OCBC Wing Hang Bank in a similar role for almost a decade.

Matthew is Chief Economist for QIC, one of Australia’s largest institutional funds managers, where he oversees global economic forecasting and research.
Matthew previously worked with fund manager TGM, where he headed the economic and financial-market forecasting team.
Prior to joining TGM, Matthew was Senior Research Fellow at Monash University. Here, he led the development of a regional model of the Australian economy. This model is widely used by Federal and State Government agencies and by most large consultancy firms.

Ken Pholsena has worked at Active Super (formerly LGS) since 2009, currently as Portfolio Manager heading Managed Cash, Short Term Fixed Interest, Bonds, Liquid Alternatives Sector and Currency Management. He is co-Sector Head with the CIO in Australian and International Equity as well as being part of Asset Allocation Team. Peter Pontikis is a Fintech and Treasury Investment Management professional has close to 40 years’ buy and sell side experience in Australian, Indian & SE Asian financial markets.
With the first three decades focused on investment, corporate dealing, trading and research experience in currencies and global financial markets. Until 2005 he also ran a consultancy advising Asian central banks and fund managers. He is the former Head of Internal Audit Services of JAPFA Ltd, a Agri-food major listed in Singapore stock exchange with over USD 5 billion in net revenues. Its largest subsidiary is listed in the Jakarta stock exchange.
Prior to his stint with JAPFA, he was with Danone Risk, Controls & IA (>USD 25 billion in net sales) managing the Singapore IA department (“world class” European IA federation), that covered 50 countries, in foods, beverages & medical nutrition (pharma) businesses. He later became the Head of Business Finance of Baby Nutrition operations of Singapore & a part of Indonesia. During his 5 year tenure, he transformed a regional audit team, to a global hub. In January 2014, Gopul joined Golden Agri-Resources Limited, Singapore to head the Global Treasury and Trade Finance business. Prior to joining Golden Agri, Gopul spent 10 years at Cargill’s proprietary structured funding, treasury, emerging markets trading, and risk management group. Edoardo Sirtori is Group Vice President and Head of Treasury Asia at STMicroelectronics based in Singapore. Prior to STMicroelectronics, Edoardo held positions in corporate banking, structured finance and treasury at Banca Commerciale Italiana (now Intesa Sanpaolo). He has a degree in economics from Edinburgh University and a Master of Finance from the Cass Business School in London. Edoardo is currently an executive committee member of the Association of Corporate Treasurers (Singapore).

As the former treasury and insurance manager at Western Power, Kurt changed the treasury and insurance business from a transactional cost centre to a centre of strategic value-add. He develops and implements financial risk management, capital management and financeability strategies to support the board's corporate strategy, improve financial performance and increase long-term enterprise value. He leads and manages a team of five treasury and six insurance professionals.
Prior to Western Power, Kurt held executive positions in financial markets for approximately 20 years. He was the head of derivative trading at the Bank of Western Australia, a director in two international fintech start-ups developing and commercialising option pricing and risk management technology, and the investment strategist at GESB fund management.
Kurt has published research on exotic FX options (international financial engineering journal and international patent) and has presented research at banking and treasury conferences in the USA, Europe and Australia.
He was awarded a Ph.D (Finance) from UWA and a Master of Philosophy (Finance) with Distinction from the University of Cambridge. He is a Certified Finance and Treasury Professional and is WA State Chair of the Finance and Treasury Association. He is also the Treasurer for the Special Olympics Australia (Perth).

Keeve has been with OCBC since 2018 and is currently the Head of Futures, FX & CFD for OCBC Securities. He looks after more than 30 people over the three business lines, where he oversees the growth and development of the cleared Futures, OTC FX and Contract for Differences (CFD) businesses.
Prior to joining OCBC, he was most recently the Director of Sales at UOB Global Markets, looking after the global Business Development of listed derivatives and OTC clearing for UOB. Keeve was before that, a trader in proprietary trading firms, heading market-making desks and algorithmic trading desks. His buy-side experience coupled with his current role in the sell-side gives him a wholesome view of the industry and its developments.
Keeve is married and has a daughter. He holds a BSc with honors from the Nanyang Technological University and graduated with an MBA on the Dean's List from the Singapore Management University. He has also completed his Executive Education at INSEAD.

Leo Tay is a managing director and head of FX trading, Asia with ING Bank in Singapore. He leads a team of FX, swaps, NDFs and options traders based in five locations, and he also oversees Asian trading activities in London. He is also responsible for eFX trading and the electronification of the Asian FX business.
Leo holds an MSc in financial mathematics from Technische Universität Kaiserslautern, Germany and BSc/BA in management engineering and economics honours from the Ateneo de Manila University, Philippines.

He had hands on involvement in portfolio construction and management, system and risk model design and development, attribution analysis, and strategy research. Prior to this, Simon was a Senior Portfolio Manager at IFM Investors in the Debt Investments Team and previously Head of the front office quantitative services at Treasury Corporation of Victoria and before that held roles in International Equities/Asset Allocation at AXA Investment Management and in Fixed Income Sales at Westpac Institutional Bank.
