Arnab Nilim is the head of Currency at Goldman Sachs Asset Management. His team is responsible for currency portfolio management, trading and research for developed and emerging-market currencies.
Prior to joining the firm, Arnab worked at AllianceBernstein over seven years as the Lead Currency Portfolio Manager. Prior to that, he worked in the emerging markets trading division at Citigroup for seven years, where he traded and developed quantitative trading models for nonlinear portfolios composed of currency forwards and derivatives.
Arnab holds a BSc in engineering from the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology, and an MS and PhD in Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences from the University of California, Berkeley, where he received the prestigious Leon O. Chua Award in 2004 for outstanding achievement in an area of nonlinear science.
MD, global economics and strategy
Claire Dissaux is managing director, head of global economics & strategy at Millenium Global and is responsible for the production of all macroeconomic and currency research, for both Developed and Emerging Markets. She is also focused on client-related requests and product development initiatives driven by the firm’s philosophy of a fundamental economic orientation to client currency solutions.
Claire’s highly analytical approach has been developed during her tenure as an economist at the Ministry of Finance in France and then at Société Générale and Credit Agricole Indosuez gaining experience and expertise in Country Risk Analysis and Emerging Market Research and Strategy.
Claire Dissaux graduated from ENSAE, the French National School for Statistics and Economics, in Paris. She also holds a degree of advanced studies (DEA) in Macroeconomics, Modelling and Forecasting from the University of Paris (Pantheon-Sorbonne).
Head of multi-asset trading
Christoph Hock is Head of Multi-Asset Trading at Union Investment. He joined Union in April 2014 and, with his team, is responsible for all trading activities associated with portfolio management of cash equities, fixed income, fund and ETF business, FX, listed and OTC derivatives, and securities lending.
Christoph graduated with a Diplom-Bankbetriebswirt, and has more than 20 years of international investment banking, trading and management experience, having worked for companies on the sell- and buy-side, most recently as Head of Execution Sales at Barclays Bank and at Alpha Trading.
Prior to this, Christoph was founder, partner and co-CEO/Head of Portfolio Management and Trading at Tungsten Capital Management, a hedge fund company (2005-2010). He was Head of Proprietary Equity Derivatives Desk at J.P. Morgan in London and Frankfurt from 1998-2004. Christoph began his career at Dresdner Kleinwort Benson in Cash Equity Trading.

Guy Verberne is responsible for all macroeconomic analysis within PGGM Investment Management - the second largest Dutch pension fund service provider, with currently €290 billion under management. Before joining PGGM in 2013, Guy worked as a senior policy adviser at the Dutch Ministry of Finance, as a senior fixed income portfolio manager in institutional investment management and as chief economist and head of strategy in the banking industry.

Morgan Beeson is a Product Manager for Aladdin’s multi-asset trading platform, responsible for its equity, FX and automation strategies. Morgan has 9 years of experience in various trading technology roles, having begun his career at BlackRock in 2012. Morgan holds an Interdisciplinary B.A. in Mathematics and Economics from Bucknell University.

Andreas König is Head of Global FX at Amundi Asset Management. He joined Amundi Asset Management (previously Pioneer Investments) in 2007 as Senior Portfolio Manager Foreign Exchange and is based in the London office.
Prior to this, Andreas was Head of Foreign Exchange at Amundi's office in Munich, where he was responsible for everything relating to FX, including the dedicated currency fund, currency risk management, currency overlay, currency derivatives and currency forecasts.
Andreas has worked in the investments industry since 1994. Before joining the company in August 2000, he was employed by Commerzbank London as Deputy Head of Global Foreign Exchange Options. Prior to that, he worked in the Frankfurt branch of Commerzbank as Head of currency options (1996-1998). He started his career in 1994 as a Currency Options Trader for Commerz Financial Products GmbH in Frankfurt.
Andreas is a graduate in Business Administration from the University of Applied Sciences, Landshut. He has been a CFA® charter holder since 2003.

Geoff Yu is an FX and macro strategist for EMEA, BNY Mellon Markets. A proven analyst and commentator on foreign exchange markets and asset allocation, Geoff is also a specialist on economic and political developments in China. He formerly served as the UK CIO for UBS Wealth Management and as a senior FX strategist for UBS Investment Bank. Raised in the UK and China, Geoffrey holds a double BA from Carleton College in the USA and an MSc in Finance from the London School of Economics.

Arnab Das is Global Market Strategist at Invesco in the EMEA region, based in London, and a member of Invesco’s Global Thought Leadership team. He helps develop and communicate analysis and insight on the global economy and financial markets across asset classes for clients, media, governments and central banks.
He works with Invesco’s investment teams across disciplines and regions and is a member of Invesco’s Global Investor Forum Advisory Council with a focus on global macro and emerging markets. Arnab’s research interests span economic policy, performance and reform; and economic and financial history.
Arnab joined Invesco in 2015 as Head of EM macro research for Invesco Fixed Income. He began his career in finance in 1992, and has served as Co-head of Economic Research & Strategy at Roubini Global Economics; Co-head of Global Economics & Strategy, Head of Global FX Research, and Head of EM Economics & Strategy at Dresdner Kleinwort; and Head of EEMEA Research at JP Morgan. He has also been a private consultant in global and emerging markets, as well as consulting with Trusted Sources, a specialist EM research boutique.
Arnab’s studies were in macroeconomics, economic history and international political economy. He received an AB from Princeton University in 1986 and completed his postgraduate and doctoral work at the London School of Economics in 1987-1992.
